CC Roberts, born in 1970, is a native of
Michigan. In addition to being a dedicated
artist, her life is full with a husband, two small
children, and three dogs. She has traveled
extensively, visiting Europe, Australia, and Asia.
Abstraction speaks to Roberts. Her unique style
is a duality of loose painterly techniques
enhanced by tight line work and detail.
Roberts is almost two artists in one. Travel
continues to profoundly influence her style
and is also a reflection of her personality.
Roberts is as comfortable using festive, bright
colors as she is painting with moody, earth
tones. Equally important is composition and
the use of design elements.
